9.05 - Leaving Town Alive
Rory can’t just sit and watch Jess. Liz and TJ, decide to go back home. Paris and Doyle buy a house. Tristan talks to Rory about buying a house in Stars Hollow. People start asking question about Taylor. Michel is thinking about moving.

9.04 - Fingers Crossed
When Jess takes his second breath off of life support, everyone’s happy. Rory apologizes to Luke and Liz. April tries to call Adam, but there’s no answer. While Rory is staying with Jess, she tries to get some wedding information out of Lorelai, but it’s no use.

9.03 - Goodbye's Not Always Forever
Adam’s leaving, and April can’t stand it. The doctors ask Luke a very serious question, and Luke takes him off of life support. Liz and TJ, come back. Rory looses her mind on anyone who will talk to her.

9.02 - Do Something
When Jess draws a flat line Rory flips, Logan tries to comfort, but no one will be able to comfort Rory about Jess, besides Jess. Luke goes into a panic, and Lorelai starts doing stuff she’s never done before. Lane announces to everyone that she is pregnant. Lindsey and Dean talk about their relationship.

9.01 - Short Sweet Simple
Lorelai tells Luke her answer. Emily and Richard are still trying to talk to Lorelai, and April and Adam are becoming more cozy by the day. Lane confirms her discovery with the doctors.
